About the role

- The Executive Assistant is the administrative liaison with others internal and external to Mastercard and will filter and prioritize executive & strategic meetings and communicate on behalf of the executives they support.
- Perform general administrative duties to support day-to-day department operations in such areas as calendar management, scheduling meetings; managing travel arrangements, expense reporting; and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Maintain and update internal and external distribution lists for email correspondence
- Administer programs; projects or processes specific to the business units served; and maintain documents to monitor departmental information.
- May assist and deliver ad hoc projects, as assigned
- The Executive Assistant will support the CFO, Commercial and New Payment Flows (CNPF) and the CFO, Commercial by coordinating administrative activities, ensuring operational excellence, and enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities.
- The role will also provide broader administrative support to the CNPF Finance Team based in Purchase, NY, as needed.
- Advanced experience in administrative support with experience within a matrixed, cross functional and global organization
Requirements
- Experience with expense management platforms (Concur)
- Must be proactive and solution oriented, looking for ways to add value and assist the team
- Ability to work well under deadlines, anticipate needs and prioritize work accordingly
- Ability to work with limited supervision
Nice to have
- Competency across the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Workday cloud based software a plus
