Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in the field of operations or supply chain or similar field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency with MRP and DRP.
  • Ability to use PowerBI and Office software.
  • Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks, and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with management and coworkers, particularly in meetings or phone calls.

Compensation

  • The expected salary range for this position is $74,000 - $83,000 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.

  • Scope of Position
  • This process-driven individual will be responsible for executing purchase orders generated by the MRP system and ensuring the accuracy of planning signals that drive replenishment.
  • A strong understanding of master data and planning parameters-such as lead times, order quantities, and safety stock is critical to your success in this role.
  • You will monitor MRP exceptions daily, follow up on supply issues, and validate that procurement activity aligns with system logic and real-world supplier performance.
  • This position reports to the Sr.
  • Manager, MRP Buying.
  • Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Execute MRP-Driven procurement by reviewing and acting on MRP-generated purchase recommendations, ensuring on-time replenishment of components and finished goods and monitoring MRP exception messages
  • Own Planning Parameter Accuracy, including auditing and updating master-data regularly
  • Maintain data and system integrity and resolve misses generating cost, cash or service impact
