  • The Test Engineer will support formal and informal testing while ensuring the collection of Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) to support system certification and accreditation.
  • Duties & Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test cases to validate system functionality, data integrity, and end-to-end business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field required
  • advanced degree, relevant internship experience, or equivalent hands-on industry experience may be considered in lieu of traditional qualifications.
  • 2+ years of experience with test automation frameworks, scripting languages, and tools (e.g., Selenium, Katalon, Eggplant, Python, XML, JSON).
  • Experience with PLM platforms (e.g., Windchill, Teamcenter, Enovia) or other enterprise systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of test planning, execution, and documentation aligned with DoD standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Knowledge of DoD software documentation standards, including SDD, IDD, SDP, ICD, and CDRL requirements.

Nice to have

  • (Not Required) Familiarity with DoD or federal system development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and compliance requirements.
  • Security+ or other DoD 8570-compliant certification preferred.

Skills

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and quality.
