About the role

Responsibilities
- Ability to understand detailed product specifications that interpret design intent and propose alternative solutions when needed.
- Ability to act as a technical resource, lead product review sessions with energy and positive influence, and apply problem-solving, decision-making, and attention to detail.
- You will track and request prototypes, manage and meet calendar target dates, attend meetings that relate to their product's development and communicate progress and challenges to their team and leadership as needed.
- You will lead proto review sessions with cross-functional partners, collecting feedback and capturing comments that will lead to an on time confirmable buy-ready product.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 2+ years of directly relevant experience in apparel, knit, or accessories product development, with a strong focus on craft, quality, and manufacturability.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- experience with 3D software or knit programming systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of knit product development process from concept through production, including yarns and raw materials, knit structures, costing, manufacturing, and machinery.
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment while managing multiple seasonal projects.
- Ability to travel up to 5% (domestic and international).

- You will work closely with fellow Developers, Product Management & Design partners to update tech packs, collaborating with our cross-functional and factory partners to communicate design intent, materials, construction sketches, and graphic placements.
