- Staff Accountant Keller, TX 76248 / On-Site Full Time Summary The Staff Accountant will oversee all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with government contract regulations, company policies, and applicable accounting standards.
- This role consists of hands-on accounting supporting both daily operations and long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily and monthly accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, budgeting, accruals, and financial reporting.
- Maintain DCAA-compliant accounting systems and ensure accurate cost accounting and indirect rate calculations.
- Assist in developing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Support proposal pricing, cost-volume development, and indirect rate preparation.
Requirements
- Knowledge of GAAP, FAR, DFARS, and Cost Accounting Standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
- 1-3 years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience in a government contracting environment is a nice to have.
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint is preferred
