About the role
- The Composite Technician II role presents an opportunity for the right individual to join RCL's Composites team.
- Travel 100% of the time, which may include composite part fabrication at our main shop.
- This includes participating in a daily "Plan of the Day" (POD) meeting with the crew and understanding the Emergency Action Plan (EAP) before starting work.
Requirements
- You must be able to execute repairs confidently at extreme heights and in restricted spaces.
- Must be able to work effectively on a team.
- Must be able to competently use a grinder to scarf fiberglass layers and be able to visually identify ply layers/ types of fiberglass.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a ¾ ton truck while towing a trailer.
- Good foundational knowledge of safe working practices and PPE for composite repair work.
Nice to have
- English: multilingual skills are a plus.
- Required Language: English: multilingual skills are a plus.

- RCL's GWO-certified training department issues all necessary certificates on an annual basis.
