Responsibilities
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills at all times Complete job duties at times multitasking Maintain a clean and organized workspace for the reception associates Re-route calls and alert various departments on visitors and guests Handle difficult situations in a calm manner while remaining professional Communicate effectively with team members and management
