About the role

Document repair work, including the use of resins, materials, and equipment
Maintain logs for personal and team certifications, equipment use, and blade condition data

High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Must be at a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in wind turbine blade repair or composite repair is required
Proficiency in intermediate repair procedures
Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record is required
Pre-access drug and alcohol testing required
Pre-employment MVO and Criminal background checks will be required
Ability to lift, move, and carry objects weighing 75lbs. or greater
Must be able to walk, sit, stand, bend, reach, and climb
To be considered, applicants must be able provide documentation of current or previous certifications, as well as all classroom and/or on-the-job training (OJT) hours required for certification.

Global Wind Organization - Basic Safety Training NPFA 70 (GWO BST NPFA 70) is preferred
Mid-level experience with rope access techniques and working in outdoor conditions is preferred but is not required
