About the role
- The Operations Analyst works cross-functionally with sales, customer service, warehouse, inventory, and logistics teams to align day-to-day execution with organizational goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to measure production efficiency, material flow, fulfillment performance, and cost metrics.
- Support Business Planning through data preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Partner with Finance to validate data alignment between operational and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvement opportunities that enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Standardize reporting processes and maintain data governance protocols to ensure consistency and accuracy across all departments.
- Support the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Participate in Lean Six Sigma initiatives to support continuous improvement throughout operations, including leading and executing Kaizens.

- This role leverages NetSuite ERP and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) to extract insights that drive performance improvement, efficiency, and cost optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain analysis.
- Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with NetSuite ERP and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) preferred.
Compensation
- $80,000-$105,000 DOE
