Responsibilities
- Our Restaurant Hourly Shift Supervisors not only have an appetite for bottomless fun & compassion for our crazy loyal guests, they manage day to day operations of the restaurant during scheduled mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management.
- They are master resolvers with guest interactions, driven to optimize profits, and ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
Requirements
- 0.0192 hours for each 1 hour worked (after 1+ years of service, 35+ Hours/week).
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers
- Reliable transportation required
Nice to have
- Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
- Serv Safe Certified preferred
Compensation
- Pay range disclosed above.
