Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language
- Experience in a fast-paced development environment, with a focus on improving development practices and processes to enhance team efficiency, collaboration, and code quality in a large-scale organization
- Proven success as a coach and mentor of technical staff
- Experience with client-side JavaScript frameworks like Vue, Angular, React, Knockout, etc.
- Experience with Ruby on Rails
- Agile software development experience
- Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience and 1+year of management experience or combination of education and experience
- Understanding of software engineering principles, including system design, architecture, and development practices,
- Demonstrated dedication to quality and continuous improvement
- Ability to motivate yourself and others, prioritize your own work, and adapt and thrive in a dynamic team environment
- Excellent problem solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Desired:
- Understanding of/exposure to AWS tools and development

Compensation
- $107,900.00 - $183,400.00
