About the role

The Director, Business Operations is a strategic leadership role at the center of how Canopy A&D runs as a platform.
This is a high-visibility role with regular interaction with the executive team.

Demonstrated ability to manage 6-8 workstreams end-to-end simultaneously
Experience building materials for, and presenting directly to, executive leadership and investors

7-10 years in program management, operations, engineering, or management consulting, preferably within a highly regulated manufacturing environment
Advanced knowledge of AI tools
Proficiency with ERP systems

MBA or master's degree in Business, Engineering Management, Operations, or a related technical field
Experience leading or supporting M&A integration, including systems and process harmonization across newly acquired entities
Experience working within A&D or similarly regulated industries (AS9100, ITAR/EAR etc.)
Willingness to work long hours and weekends when needed to meet critical deadlines
Willingness to travel to other Canopy A&D sites as needed
