- This individual will play a central role in the day-to-day operations of the office - managing communications, coordinating logistics, and creating a seamless experience for both staff and guests.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior team members, including calendar management across multiple time zones, email correspondence, and travel coordination.
- Drive efficiency through strong organization, attention to detail, and effective prioritization of multiple deadlines.
- Create and manage detailed itineraries (flights, hotels, ground transport) often on short notice
- Serve as a polished first point of contact for clients, partners, and senior leadership, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a professional services or financial services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- U.S. work authorization required (the firm does not sponsor work visas).
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the maturity and presence to interact confidently with senior executives and clients.
- Comfortable operating within a small, collaborative office environment.
- A proactive problem-solver who works well independently and as part of a team.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Zoom) familiarity with travel booking tools a plus (Brex).
Compensation
- Competitive base salary of $70,000 - $80,000 + bonus, commensurate with experience.
