About the role
- We're looking for Sales Associates to join our Malbon boutique in Pinehurst, NC!
- This is a part-time, in-store role with flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Provide a best-in-class customer experience, anticipating needs and building authentic relationships.
- Support store operations including opening/closing responsibilities, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet sales goals and maintain high store standards.
Requirements
- Passion for golf with a strong understanding of both the sport and its intersection with culture, fashion, and community.
- Must be 18+ years of age.
Nice to have
- Retail or customer-facing experience preferred, ideally in apparel or lifestyle brands.
Compensation
- Annual salary range: $15.00/hr - 17.00/hr, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
