- We accomplish this through an intense commitment to safety, quality service, excellence, and partnerships. - Responsible for supervision of staff and trainees to ensure a safe and secure operation of assigned Social Development areas.
- Screens applicants for employment and makes hiring recommendations.

- Responsible for observation and monitoring of staff
- Restocks dorm supplies, prepares student luggage for shipping
- Ensures supplies are delivered to each dorm in a timely manner
- Ensures all Social Development programs or procedures are implemented in the dormitories
- Provides training to staff and students
- Provides feedback and improvement plans for those who do not meet expectations
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum of two years' experience working with youth or related experience and/or training, including supervisory experience
