Responsibilities
- Knowledge of RMS or comparable project document/correspondence software recommended.
- Ability to communicate with employees, business partners, and clients professionally and effectively via written and verbal communication methods.
- Ability to read and write technical documents and plans, routine reports and correspondence.
- Supports project planning and RFPs.
- Manages scope and schedule.
- Creates and maintains project reports including inspection reports, job diaries, photographs, video logs, and subcontractor reports.
- Maintains documentation in RMS or comparable project document/correspondence software.
- Maintains effective communication and coordination among all project participants.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or other 4-year degree.
- Valid state driver's license and must be qualified to operate a vehicle under the conditions of Brice's Driving Policy.
- Ability to pass a drug, driving, and background screening.
- Provides work inspection and logging when required.
Nice to have
- Seven to fifteen years' construction experience preferred.
- Construction Quality Management, AKCESCL, OSHA 30 /EM385-1-1 certifications preferred.
- Current First aid and CPR/AED certification preferred.
- The work environment characteristics are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- The work environment is typically set in a business office setting with rotations to project sites and prospective project sites.
- Work may require weekend and/or evening work and may be performed outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
