About the role
- Countryside Veterinary Hospital is looking for a responsible kennel attendant to work a split shift every Saturday and Sunday.
- The position will require split shifts on holidays.
- Salary: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour, determined by the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a physically active environment (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Holidays required: 7:30 AM - 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Passion for working with dogs/cats and understanding basic behavior.
- Comfortable handling multiple dogs/cats of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments.
- Strong communication skills to interact with both dogs and their owners.
- Willingness to clean and maintain hygiene standards.
Compensation
- $10.00 - $12.00 per hour, determined by the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
