About the role

  • Internal Communications Manager, Enterprise Enablement
  • We are looking to hire an Internal Communications Manager to support our Enterprise Enablement function. This role will report to the Director, Internal Communications for Enterprise Enablement Team and is responsible for helping to manage, develop, and execute internal communications strategies across Information Technology, Cyber and Physical Security,

  • Plan and execute internal events, such as town halls and employee engagement activities.
  • Work across the Corporate Communications and Events team and other key stakeholders to ensure messages are aligned and coordinated across the company.
  • Influence decisions around message content, positioning, and delivery.
  • Understand and leverage a variety of communication platforms including AI related systems.
  • Track and measure communications effectiveness.
  • Ability to research, write, edit, and distribute written communications including emails, intranet content, presentations and executive talking points
  • Comfortable working with and advising senior leaders of best practices
  • Ability to thrive in an independent, fast-paced environment
