Our client is a multi-disciplinary engineering firm that partners with developers and landowners across Ontario to deliver turnkey residential and commercial projects.
With deep expertise in urban & rural planning, civil engineering, architectural design and environmental sciences, our client is known for its strong technical coordination and rigorous project governance.
This pivotal, client-facing role requires a leader who can masterfully manage detailed schedules and budgets, mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, and, most importantly, actively drive new business development by cultivating strong client relationships and securing new streams of revenue.
Lead and manage all phases of land development projects, including planning, design, permitting, and construction.
Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers. designers, and technicians.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
Prepare project cost estimates and manage budgets effectively.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize financial impacts. Assist in the preparation of proposals, bids, and contracts.

Demonstrated experience in a senior technical or project management role, mentoring junior staff and reviewing work for technical accuracy and compliance.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
8+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a significant focus on land development and municipal infrastructure projects.

Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and training.
