Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field
- Ten (10) years of experience in strategic execution, product management, or customer experience
- Master's degree in a related field
- Strong knowledge of subject matter area, banking regulatory compliance frameworks, and risk management
- Experience in financial services, banking technology, or other consumer-facing industries
- Extensive knowledge of department processes
- Strong business acumen and is customer oriented with proven track-record in attaining business results
Skills
- Acts as the liaison between business units and technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable strategies
- Establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program effectiveness
- Stays informed on industry trends and regulatory changes related to strategic program area and assesses impact on Consumer Bank operations
- Ensures adherence to banking regulatory requirements and customer experience standards
Compensation
- Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions.
- Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role.
- As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
