Responsibilities
- Direct the design, development, and/or improvement of manufacturing processes.
- Apply knowledge of product design fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.
- Provide technical support for specific plant operations.
- Implements and actively supports the plant and corporate safety policies and initiatives.
- Implement safety and good housekeeping standards.
- Building cities.
- Responsible for the design and/or testing of tooling and equipment and/or planning the manufacturing processes in a designated area of the manufacturing plant.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering discipline.
- 3+ years' experience in Manufacturing Engineer or similar role.

Nice to have
- 5+ years' experience as Manufacturing Engineer in manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with Unigraphics and other CAD programs.
- Experience in gear/spline manufacturing, gear geometry, analytical gear evaluation.
- CNC programming experience with a thorough knowledge of machine control systems.
- Project management experience with regard to machine procurement, cost analysis, and process validation.
- Experience in part processing using various grinding, turning, machining center equipment.
Skills
- High level of analytical ability to solve complex problems.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of tooling, manufacturing process, and manufacturing equipment required.
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
- Understanding of machine and manufacturing processes.
