About the role
- As a Foreman, you are responsible for your crew's production, safety, and quality of work, while also planning day‑to‑day operations.
- You will supervise and direct the field crew to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
- You will work alongside your crew each day to install commercial roofing systems, primarily single‑ply roofing (TPO, PVC, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Successfully train and provide support to the crew
- Maintain quality installation of all assigned projects
Requirements
- 5+ years' commercial roofing experience, w/ experience supervising and leading crews
- Has a valid Driver's License with a good 7 year driving record (no exceptions)
- Experience with various commercial roofing systems: single ply membranes, TPO, PVC, and/or others.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Can complete required paperwork, reports, and is comfortable with technology- iPads/apps
- Ability to learn and follow safety policies and standards
