About the role
- We're changing the game for restaurateurs whether they're entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains.

- You will need to adapt to constantly changing and challenging conditions.
Responsibilities
- Process orders and prepare them for delivery partner pickup.
- Take ownership of issues and coordinate with partners, employees, and third parties to resolve them.
- Support daily administrative tasks, including sorting incoming packages and deliveries, maintaining inventory counts, and monitoring emails and instant messages.
- Respond promptly to restaurant partners' questions, requests, and concerns.
- As a Shift Lead you will help keep daily facility operations running smoothly by processing orders, coordinating delivery pickups, and resolving operational issues.

- Multi-lingual candidates are a plus.
Compensation
- $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
- Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
