The Cultivation Flowering Associate is a hands-on, essential role within our Cultivation team.

You'll work closely with our Flowering Supervisors and Managers to nurture and manage our plants from growth through harvest.

1+ year of horticulture, agriculture, or production/manufacturing experience (preferred, not required)
