Responsibilities
- Respond to service calls efficiently and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Maintain an accurate parts inventory to support first-time fixes and efficient service delivery.
- Support safe, effective field work while representing Johnson Controls professionally at customer sites.
- Own every installation and repair with accountability, safety, and integrity, making sure the work is completed correctly and effectively.
- Improve every day by applying training, certifications, and feedback to strengthen service quality and customer support.
- Use accurate documentation and disciplined parts management to help drive first-time fixes and dependable service outcomes.
Requirements
- Proficiency in electronics and networking fundamentals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic PC skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Physical ability to carry and move equipment up to 70 lbs and work in challenging positions such as climbing ladders or working within ducts.
- Possession of an EL 06 License.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Nice to have
- Networking certification.
- Experience installing or servicing IP cameras and DVR/NVR systems.
- Adaptability to industry changes and a strong work ethic.

- $25k-$28k
