About the role

  • This role will include customer service, data entry, receiving goods and services for general office upkeep, answering phones, and routing calls.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain front lobby and reception area for a neat and orderly appearance.
  • Maintain clerical supply areas on each floor, including general organization and office supply orders
  • Maintain agency kitchens and general facility tasks.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of professional experience, preferable in a customer service or professional office role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Notify appropriate staff member or take action required to have all non-employee guests sign in and wear a visitor badge.

  • Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week on occasion

Compensation

  • $52,000 - $63,000 USD
  • Generous time off including PTO, Holidays, Annual Wellness Break, Summer Fridays and Personal Days
  • Bi-annual Wellness Credits, up to $300 per year
  • The base annual salary range for this role, applicable across all U.S. locations, is outlined below.
