Responsibilities
- Maintain organized hub and shop spaces, schedule equipment maintenance, and manage supply orders.
- Document work, track hours, and provide regular updates to management on activities, progress, and seasonal feedback.
- Foster company culture, provide staff feedback, and support professional development.
Requirements
- Daily work will take place across Central Illinois using company vehicles, with occasional travel required.
