Our partner is looking for a DBA Claims Administrator based in the United States.
Support the administration and management of Defense Base Act (DBA) and maritime injury and illness claims, ensuring timely reporting to third-party administrators and regulatory agencies.
Participate in claims investigations and assist in developing action plans for complex cases.
Establish and maintain claims records within claims management systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.

Knowledge of claims administration processes, insurance reporting requirements, and regulatory compliance standards.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to changing processes and priorities.
U.S. Citizenship is required.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Typically 3-5 years of workers' compensation claims experience, with Defense Base Act (DBA) experience strongly preferred.
Familiarity with Salesforce, risk management software, or other claims management platforms is preferred.
High school diploma required
