About the role
- Ullico's Real Estate Debt Group offers construction and permanent debt financing for commercial real estate.
- This position reports to the Regional Vice President and is located in our Chicago, IL office.
- Summarize and analyze reports for mortgage loans to include, but not limited to: analyzing operating statements on, obtaining financial background on, annual reviews, and project variance reports.
Responsibilities
- Maintain overall statistics and financial performance analysis for the mortgage portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate loan underwriting, including financial/credit analysis, discounted cash flow (DCF), and net present value (NPV) modeling
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and ARGUS financial modeling.
- Assist, coordinate and prepare financial projections for real estate and mortgage portfolio as required for internal reporting and external filing for both statutory and GAAP, as applicable.
