About the role

In this role, the position contributes to the development of high-quality software products by combining strong engineering expertise with modern technologies and AI-supported development approaches.
This position is available for full-time.
It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site at our site in Guxhagen with the opportunity to work some days remotely.

Gather, analyze, and define requirements for complex software functionalities in close collaboration with product management, customer feedback, and internal development teams
Contribute to the further development of software components, tools, and services on the software platform
Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable field
In addition, several years of proven hands-on experience in commercial software product development
Strong programming skills in.NET / C#, as well as experience with WPF and React
Experience with modern software development processes, the software lifecycle, and tools such as version control, CI/CD, and testing frameworks
Knowledge of relevant technologies such as Windows Forms, databases (SQL), as well as hardware interfaces or performance optimization
Ideally, experience with AI-assisted development tools and their application across the entire development lifecycle
