About the role
- The Spa Concierge is the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for creating a welcoming, seamless, and personalized experience throughout their visit.
- This guest-facing role provides exceptional service by assisting with spa appointments, answering questions about services and amenities, processing payments, supporting retail purchases, and ensuring each guest receives attentive and memorable care.
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm, professional, and personalized approach.
Responsibilities
- Manage spa reservations, schedule and confirm appointments, and ensure an efficient guest experience.
- Collaborate with exceptional team members and internal departments to support, elevate, and continuously improve the overall guest experience.
- Process guest payments accurately and maintain guest account information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area, guest spaces, retail displays, and amenities.
- Support Spa leadership with daily operations, communication, and guest service initiatives.
- Maintain punctual and reliable attendance.
- Training and support will be provided for individuals who demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to exceptional guest service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to create positive interactions with a diverse range of guests.
- Ability to use computer systems, handle guest transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming guest environment.
Requirements
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards, guest relations, and spa services is helpful.
- Ability to handle guest questions, requests, and concerns with professionalism and a calm demeanor.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail required for guest transactions and daily operations.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
- Completion of required training as scheduled.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, communicate with guests and team members, and perform general front desk responsibilities.
Nice to have
- Previous guest service, hospitality, or spa experience preferred but not required.
