About the role
- MSE Foundation is looking for a 50/50 Raffle Supervisor to open, supervise and close out 50/50 Raffles for the 2026- 2027 Washington Capitals and Washington Wizards team seasons.

Responsibilities
- Review 50/50 Raffle Seller applicants, perform individual phone screenings and group interviews at Capital One Arena when needed
- Onboard 50/50 Raffle Sellers and deliver seller trainings at Capital One Arena together with 50/50 Raffle Shift Supervisors
- Manage seller schedules and payroll - applying feedback from 50/50 Raffle Supervisors
- Collaborate with 50/50 Raffle Shift Supervisors to establish seller targets, monitoring seasonal progress
- Implement innovative ideas to improve revenue, exploring raffle trends and standard methodologies
Requirements
- Ability to interact positively and empower team members.
- Must be available for at least half of the 50/50 raffle games each month.
- Must be timely and arrive to work on time.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required.
Nice to have
- Interest in sports philanthropy or nonprofit fundraising preferred.
