About the role
- We are looking for a highly autonomous Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team.
- In this role, you won't just be handed tickets to code
- You will take ownership of complex technical challenges, architect scalable solutions, and directly impact how our platform integrates with our customers' ecosystems and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own the Full Lifecycle: Architect, build, test, and deploy robust, scalable features across our web and mobile platforms using modern best practices.
- Be a Product Partner: Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure our engineering decisions directly drive business strategy and user value.
- Leverage AI: Utilize LLMs and modern AI tooling to accelerate your workflow, deeply understand our codebase, and increase your speed to deliver business value.
- Raise the Bar: Maintain and enhance system reliability, observability, and performance, while mentoring peers and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Frontend & Mobile: Proven experience building complex applications with React and/or React Native.
- Systems Thinking: A deep understanding of the building blocks of robust, scalable system architectures and integrations.
- Backend & APIs: Strong background building and scaling Node.js backends.
- A Builder's Mindset: A genuine passion for technology and a desire to build a product that fundamentally revolutionizes a real-world industry.

Nice to have
- Experience with GraphQL preferred.
- Actual LBM industry experience is a plus.
