About the role
- Our auto auctions, some up to 200 acres, provide a wide array of vehicle services, including repair, reconditioning, and auction remarketing, and many of our sites serve as market hub distribution centers.
- Our inventory comprises hundreds of thousands of vehicles across North America, from retail to commercial, OEM & more.
- Role and Team - Reporting to the Office Manager, Commercial Accounts Manager, or other designated manager, the Title Administrator reviews and processes automotive titles through the auction process in a customer-facing environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a filing system for titles and other documents.
- Assist customers at the front counter, primarily to support title needs, but may provide general customer service as needed.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license that meets the requirements
- Proficiency with computer systems and applications
- Accept, review, and analyze titles for accuracy and completeness. Identify corrections or additional documentation required for title processes.
- May require active certification from state Department of Motor Vehicles for Title and Registration processing, depending on location.
- Able to safely drive a variety of make/model/sizes of vehicles
Nice to have
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Notary certification preferred
- 1 year of previous automotive title experience preferred, typically obtained from an auction, dealership, or state motor vehicle department.

Compensation
- $18-$20 hourly

- Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision comparable to definitions for Clerical, Administrative, Machine Operators (including inspection) positions.
