Responsibilities
- Lead tax and transfer pricing initiatives, optimization, and transformational activities.
- Manage global tax audits, inquiries, and disputes, working proactively with tax authorities and external advisors.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing global tax organization
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls, tax policies, and governance frameworks.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive tax leadership experience, including significant experience with a multinational organization.
- Deep expertise in U.S. federal, state, and international tax, including tax accounting under US GAAP and working knowledge of statutory reporting.
- Strong track record of partnering across functions and supporting executive leadershi
- Experience with reporting environments.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Expert knowledge of global tax regulations and transfer pricing requirements
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex tax concepts into actionable business insights.
- High degree of integrity, judgment, and discretion in handling sensitive financial and regulatory matters.
- Must have strong strategic thinking skills.
- Must be creative in ambiguous situations.
- Education and Experience
- Demonstrated success leading teams and managing complex cross-border issues, audits, and external advisor relationships.
- Exceptional leadership and people management capabilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance
- CPA or equivalent professional certification
- Master's in Taxation or other related field preferred.
Compensation
- Direct all aspects of tax accounting under U.S. GAAP, including quarterly and annual tax provisions.
