Responsibilities
- Provide support and training to the Concierge, stepping in as needed to maintain service levels
Requirements
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Reader
- Current first aid/CPR certification may be required per state/local guidelines.
Nice to have
- At least one year of previous experience in a concierge or similar role preferred.
