Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a structured meeting cadence (Leadership Team meetings, monthly business reviews, project status updates) to monitor progress against strategic goals and KPIs.
- Introduce and standardize project/program management processes, tools, templates, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency and drive accountability across teams.
- Serve as a central cross-functional coordinator working across engineering, product, operations, sales, and other business functions to drive alignment and execution.
- Maintain visibility into program level risks, interdependencies, resource constraints - proactively flagging issues and recommending mitigation or course correction.
- We build with deep respect for our end users, listening closely to their feedback and needs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of program management experience in technology and/or high-growth startup environments, with proven success leading cross-functional programs in complex, integrated hardware-software businesses
- You have demonstrated success managing multiple, interrelated projects or strategic initiatives - driving them from planning through execution to completion with measurable outcomes.
- You have strong strategic thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to see the "big picture" while managing details and execution.
- You have familiarity with program/project management tools and methodologies
- You have prior experience in retail technology.
- You have a certification in project or program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP or equivalent).
- You have experience coaching or training non-PM business leaders to adopt project management best practices
- You have experience in resource planning, capacity management, and cross-functional coordination in small to medium sized teams.
Compensation
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team and CEO to define, plan, and align on annual strategic initiatives and priorities.
- The expected base salary range for this position is $140,000-$180,000.
- The pay range listed for this position is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.
