About the role
- Working alongside providers and interdisciplinary healthcare teams, you'll help ensure patients receive coordinated care while maintaining accurate scheduling, documentation, and communication throughout the care process.

Responsibilities
- Support Veterans, providers, and interdisciplinary care teams by managing patient communications, answering inquiries, updating demographic information, and facilitating timely coordination of care.
- Deliver professional customer service while handling sensitive patient information in accordance with privacy, confidentiality, and HIPAA requirements.
Requirements
- Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Card holder required
- Ability to work in an office environment, including prolonged sitting and standing and occasional lifting up to 15 pounds.

- Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
