Responsibilities
- Liaise with functional or operational area managers to understand their current and future product needs and develop plans, cost estimates, and schedules for integrating these needs into existing manufacturing activities.
- This role in summary In this role, you will support and direct the scheduling portion of materials.
- You will develop operational plans for finished goods and adhere to DOS (Days of Supply), and financial guidelines, while delivering key metrics on Availability, Backorders, Cost.
- Deliver achievable schedules to operations, monitor daily targets (Assy Yield, Actualization, Availability, Backorders, Operational plan tracking).
- Proactively manage short and long term planning horizons, to meet the needs of our trade partners and our suppliers signals within SAP.
- Manage and develop operational planning to apply to the SIOP (Sales, Inventory and operational plan) for all finished good assy lines.
- Which may include line rate balancing, overtime, downdays to control DOS, and the delivery to trade partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Business, or a related quantitative discipline.
