Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a supervisory capacity involving operations, personnel management, transportation, logistics, customer service, or a related area.
- At least one year of experience in public transit operations, dispatch, communications, commercial vehicle operations, or a related area.
- Class B Commercial Driver's License with passenger endorsement, or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Experience preparing reports, documenting incidents, maintaining personnel records, or supporting compliance-related recordkeeping.

- Persons must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.

Nice to have

- Experience providing transportation or customer-facing services in a university, campus, municipal, or public service environment.
- Experience using scheduling, dispatch, fleet management, or transit operations software.

- Knowledge of supervisory practices, personnel management principles, and applicable institutional rules and procedures.
- Knowledge of transit operations, service monitoring, route management, customer service standards, and safety practices.
- Knowledge of methods and procedures used in maintaining supplies, equipment, records, and operational documentation.
- Ability to respond calmly and effectively to operational disruptions, patron concerns, accidents, and emergency situations.
- Ability to communicate effectively, professionally, and respectfully, both orally and in writing.
Compensation
- 61,735.00 - 77,169.00 Commensurate with education and experience
