Responsibilities
- Develop and facilitate appropriate employee training for employee development and safety
- Maintain staffing levels necessary to support plant operating objectives
- Decisions made or actions taken on own authority
- Decisions/actions that require support of associates or higher approval
- Partnering to drive a culture promoting EH&S
- Responsible for in-plant communication programs and support.
Requirements
- BS degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ADA, EEO, AAP
- Effective communication skills with the ability to relate to all levels of employees
- Experience in Union and Labor Relations

Compensation
- Conduct or coordinate annual Management training in employment/labor law, company policies and practices, including sexual harassment
