Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have strong DevOps or Platform Engineering experience, excellent automation skills, and the ability to work independently in a distributed environment.
- 3-5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or a similar infrastructure-focused role.
- Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes environments in production.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and experience with GitLab CI/CD or similar tools.
- Solid Linux administration skills and experience managing production systems.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Familiarity with observability solutions including Grafana, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, ELK, or OpenSearch.
- Strong understanding of modern DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, and software delivery lifecycles.
- Fluent Russian communication skills and intermediate English proficiency (B1 or higher).
Skills
- The position focuses on designing automation solutions, improving deployment workflows, and maintaining scalable production environments.
- Improve and support Kubernetes-based production and pre-production environments.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of internal deployment platforms and engineering workflows.
