About the role

  • Position Overview The Director of Operations plays a pivotal leadership role in maintaining and enhancing the daily functioning of the facility.
  • The DOO ensures the smooth integration of operational processes, employee performance, and regulatory compliance while serving as the facility's Safety Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department directors to support cross-functional coordination, strategic planning, and safety initiatives.
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, training, evaluations, and performance management for supervised departments.
  • Maintain documentation, shift reports, payroll entries (Paychex), audits, and other essential records accurately and on time.
  • Respond to and manage facility-level concerns, complaints, and maintenance needs.
  • With locations in Florida, New Jersey, Indiana, and Massachusetts; we deliver evidence-based clinical care in a supportive, structured environment.
  • This position is responsible for leading support services such as housing, transportation, housekeeping, and general facility management.

Requirements

  • CPR Certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
  • Certifications: CPR Certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
  • Knowledge & Skills: Familiarity with safety regulations, infection control, and workplace policies (e.g., OSHA, Joint Commission).

Nice to have

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • vocational or 4-year degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic systems (e.g., Paychex).
