About the role
- As a Digital Marketing & Fundraising Designer, you'll play a hands-on role in shaping how these causes connect with their audiences.
- Advertising: From display ads to CTV, we go wherever our clients need to be.
- The advertising landscape moves quickly, and you'll help us keep up by designing for emerging channels.
Responsibilities
- Social Media Design: Craft bold, on-brand visuals for social campaigns, paid ads, and social-first storytelling.
- Your designs will drive engagement and boost visibility for meaningful causes.
- Email Design: Develop eye-catching email templates and campaign assets that don't just look good, but also drive clicks and conversions.
- You'll help push the boundaries of what's possible in email design.
- Collaboration: Partner with creative directors, copywriters, strategists, project managers, and clients to ensure creative outputs are aligned, impactful, and polished.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Tackle design challenges with a strategic mindset-bringing fresh ideas to life within established brand systems, while balancing visual appeal, clarity, accessibility, and purpose in every solution.
