About the role

  • The Strategic Brand Manager is responsible for driving consistent profitable growth by achieving and exceeding sales objectives within designated accounts.
  • The Strategic Brand Manager clearly understands the needs of the clients and provides innovative solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Driving revenue growth by achieving sales objectives in existing and new accounts.

Responsibilities

  • We design and develop labeling and functional materials, radio-frequency identification (RFID) inlays and tags, software applications that connect the physical and digital and offerings that enhance branded packaging and carry or display information that improves the customer experience.
  • The Strategic Brand Manager partners with high-revenue account(s) to develop programs to achieve maximum sales volume consistent with sales projections.
  • Independently creating and managing account strategies to deliver on sales goals to enable top-line growth, gain share, and maximize profitability.
  • Leveraging strong client relationships to partner with clients in the pursuit of new opportunities and guide clients in strategic decision-making.
  • To maintain the integrity of our hiring process and protect our candidates from identity fraud, we require video and/or in-person interviews.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of practical sales experience with quota responsibility, market development, account planning, and client engagement.
  • Demonstrated successful experience in a sales position that involved negotiating complex transactions with upper-level management positions or similar experience.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
  • Significant apparel industry and large retailer experience strongly preferred.

Compensation

  • The hiring base salary range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting.
