About the role

  • The Operations Supervisor will provide a high level of leadership to ensure customer, team member, and vendor satisfaction.
  • The Operations Supervisor does this by leading a culture of continuous improvement to achieve plant goals in their assigned area.
  • Provide leadership necessary for achieving plant and corporate goals in the area of Production, Safety, Quality, Employee Relations, Performance, and Cost for their assigned shift.

Responsibilities

  • Supports employees by coaching, mentoring and assisting in resolving mechanical malfunctions to increase productivity, job capabilities, and equipment capabilities.
  • Establish and maintain a positive work environment including but not limited to maintaining the open door program and resolving simple to moderate workplace concerns.

Requirements

  • Ability to move throughout all areas of the facility including but not limited to office, production, and warehouse environments.
  • Employment is subject to verification of an applicant's identity and eligibility for employment in the United States as required by immigration laws.

Skills

  • Understand and respond appropriately to basic to complex employee, vendor, and customer inquiries.
  • Ability to operate facility equipment as required in assigned area.
  • Satisfactorily complete all company training requirements.
  • Performance Standards:
  • Responsible for reporting to work in a condition to work.
  • Responsible for completing all assigned tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
