Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- 8 years managing BI or analytics teams.
- Proven experience using BI solutions to improve business outcomes.
- Experience managing requirements gathering, prototyping, user acceptance testing, and deployment of BI projects.
- Attendance as required by department
Nice to have
- Experience with BI lifecycle and governance frameworks.
- Proficient in Databricks for data engineering, analytics, and scalable data processing.
- Experience writing SQL queries and analyzing data patterns.
- Familiarity with cloud-based BI platforms and data services.
- Self-driven, customer-focused, and able to work independently with moderate supervision.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with abstract concepts.
- Project management experience: PMP certification is a plus.
Compensation
- A competitive base salary range from $129,018 - $189,226.
- This position is eligible for an annual variable bonus of cash and equity, between 15-30%.
- Final compensation within the range is influenced by many factors including role-specific skills, depth and experience level, industry background, relevant education and certifications.
