Responsibilities
- Smart draft review that tracks quality across filings and builds a feedback loop over time
- Paralegal and operational support - so your attorneys practice law, not project management
- You'll also lead and develop a team.
- Running case reviews, holding a high standard, and building the next generation of Manifest lawyers is core to this role.
Requirements
- 7+ years of immigration experience with a strong individual/extraordinary ability portfolio
- Experience managing or mentoring legal teams
- Comfort with client-facing visibility - thought leadership, social presence, media
