Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership (CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent)
- Experience leading finance in a manufacturing, product-based, or operationally complex business
- Experience in mid-market environments ($50M-$300M revenue range)
- Experience in private, family-owned, or entrepreneurial environments
- ERP and financial systems implementation or transformation experience
- You're as comfortable in the details as you are in the boardroom

Compensation
- $225,000 - $300,000 annually (represents base + quarterly direct profit incentive)
