Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain relationships with LIHTC investors.
- Act as main point of contact for and manage investment closings into LIHTC funds, and support teammates doing the same.
- Collaborate with Acquisitions and Fund Management in fund structuring, setting fund parameters, developing timelines and property lists, tracking CRA commitments and monitoring fund characteristics from the investors' perspective.
- Manage investor due diligence process - coordinate with Fund Management in completing investor due diligence templates and with Acquisitions/Underwriting in responding to investor due diligence requests/inquiries.
- Manage individual proprietary funds as opportunities arise.
Requirements
- Manage investor closing process - coordinate with investors and external counsel in the negotiating and delivery of upper tier fund-related legal documents, gather and track all investor required documents for closing.
- You have rights under Federal and State employment laws.

- Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of prior housing tax credit equity experience.
- Experience closing tax credit equity funds, including multi-investor funds.
